Brandy Dudley

Administrative Assistant

"I am very honored to be a part of the staff of Grace United Methodist Church!  It is a dream come true for me!  Born and raised in Palestine, Tx.,  I received my call to the ministry at the age of 33 while attending the African Methodist Episcopal Church, where I was a member for 38 years.  There, I was certified to preach as an Exhorter.  The Holy Spirit then moved upon me to make a transition to Grace United Methodist Church on November 26, 2016 where God poured out His blessings upon me to truly fulfill the call that He had upon my life.  I am a Palestine High School graduate Class of 1997, Trinity Valley Community College graduate Class of 2002 with a certification in Office Technology, I completed seminary training from Online Biblical Training Institution out of Washington State in 2019, and completed Certified Lay Ministry training from the Northwest District of the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. In June 2025, I completed licensing school from Candler School of Theology to become a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church.  Now, besides serving in my home church of Grace Church as administrative assistant, I also serve as pastor of Union United Methodist Church in Oakwood, Tx., Titus Chapel United Methodist Churches in Teague, Tx., and New Community United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, Tx.  I am the mom to a fur baby by the name of Alana Grace, a tortoiseshell cat, who I love dearly. My mission in my life is, in the words of Our Lord, "I am here to serve, not to be served!"
